Helpful Hints
- Preservation of Quality
- Because we use fresh ingredients, our products are more fragile and need to be
refrigerated until use. (Buttercream cakes will need to come to room temperature before serving.)
For most items to be at their best, they need to be enjoyed within 48 hours.
- Availability
- While we do our best to keep our cases stocked with the items you prefer,
at peak hours or at the end of the day the most popular items may have gone home with
another customer! If you call ahead we will have your favorites ready for you.
(Remember, some items requires a day or more notice.)
- New and Seasonal Items
- Let us know if there are sweet or savory items that you would like to see appear on our
menus. While we might not be able to prepare it often, we will be sure and let you know
when it is available. The absolute best ideas come from our customers!
- Delivery
- Deliveries are available for the Memphis area. Deliveries in the area
may be free, with a fee for deliveries outside of the area. There may be some restrictions
and limits.

- Location
- We are conveniently located in Southaven, Mississippi just East of I-55 off Goodman Rd.

- Extras
- Birthday candles, plates, napkins, and utensils are available for sale.
Brown Baguette is available for parties outside regular business hours.
Placing Orders
To ensure availability, use the following guidelines:
- Please place orders 8am–5pm Monday – Friday. Same–day orders may not be possible
but are more likely if placed by 10:00 am.
- For orders of 20 or more, order at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations and Deposits
- These is no fee for small orders cancelled by 5pm the day before due, or large
orders cancelled 4 days before due. There will be a fee for other cancellations.
- A deposit may be required for advance orders. Special requests and custom orders
generally result in additional charges.
- Returns/Refunds
- It is our desire that all of our customers are pleased with their purchases.
In the event that there is a problem, it must be brought to our attention quickly,
within 48 hours from time of purchase. Bakery and cafe items do no have a long
life and it is impossible to determine the nature of a problem after this time. Generally,
a gift certificate is issued in the event of a problem; each is determined
on a case–by–case basis.
